Order Policy
How ordering works with fresh, local products
Final Sale
Many items we deliver are perishable or made-to-order by local farmers and artisans, so orders are final once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery unless there is a confirmed product issue. This ensures freshness and fairness to our vendors.
48-Hour Lead Time
To ensure freshness and coordinate with local farmers, all orders require a 48-hour minimum lead time. This gives our farmers time to harvest and prepare your order with care.
Pre-Orders Welcome
Schedule orders in advance for upcoming delivery dates. Payment is captured when you place your order to reserve your items from our farmers.
